ES-V6
| | Model of the car: | ES-V6 | | | General comments: | The Tribute has lots of great features, but lacks in quality and reliability. During the first rain (with only about 400 miles on the odometer), my Tribute leaked heavily, water flooded the front passenger seat and ran into the rear wheel well. It has also leaked through one of the side doors. There is significant rust on parts under the dash. The original dealer and Mazda Corporate are not being much help at all.
I really like the way the Tribute drives and it has a lot going for it. It has features that cost a lot more on other SUV's and has great styling and comfort. It is a perfect size for me and easily handles lots of luggage or cargo.
I can't give it a full endorsement, however, because of the obviously poor construction. | | | What things have gone wrong with the car: | Gas mileage, construction, reliability. |
